The plans that are available to you range from just 7 Dinner meals to 4 weeks of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. In all of my plans, I will be conscious of the ingredients left over, if any, and try to use the leftovers in another meal to reduce waste. There are also optional add-ons like Drink Recommendations and Kid Friendly meals.
