Menu in Review for week ending Dec 19th!

So Love was laughing at our Menu page because it was the word Plan at the end. His comment was along the lines of how Plan implies the possibility of on the fly changes during the week. I just smiled back and shrugged, it’s pretty normal for on the fly changes in our kitchen. Case in point was Monday night, instead of Fried Rice we had DoorDash Tacos.. lol.. Life right? Anyways, let’s see the Menu in Review! 

This Weeks Menu Plan

Sunday: Quinoa bowls with mostly leftover veggies from Tapas Night! 
Miss GoGo is with us

Monday: Chorizo Fried Rice… turned into DoorDash Taco’s.. lol
Love still made Chorizo Fried Rice, but it was lunches instead of dinner

Tuesday: Thai Coconut Curry Soup

Wednesday: Chicken Taco’s or Bowls
Miss GoGo is with us and she eat a Cheese Taco..lol..

Thursday: PB Tofu, Rice, and Baked Cabbage

Friday: Spicy Shrimp & Scallops with Baked Cabbage and Garlic Enoki Mushrooms

Saturday: Seared Tuna, hand rolls, and dim sum… this turned into Sashimi night.. lol..

Budget: ~$76, kept it low buy using lots of leftovers from last week and food from the freezer. Not included in this budget is DoorDash meal and all alcohol as those amounts come from a different budget category 🙂
